  • How It Works

All services incur a Basic Service fee. This is the minimum payment we require in order to provide you with a quality service and a usable end product. Please note that the basic prices are not cumulative, the Basic Service price charged will depend on the combination of services required and will be calculated on a quote by quote basis.

Booking Fee

A deposit of 50% of the Quoted Price is payable on acceptance of quotation.
The Fee is refundable (less expenses already incurred) if the booking is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice.

The Booking Fee is non-refundable within 48 hours of the planned shoot time, subject to negotiation. Once the shoot has commenced the Booking Fee is absolutely non-refundable.

Bookings are to be confirmed at least 3 days prior to the shoot, preferably 2 weeks in advance.

Bookings outside of Gauteng are to be confirmed 2 weeks in advance.

Basic Service

A Basic Service Fee is applied as a once off charge per location shoot for all photography. The amount charged depends on whether the planned photography is to be taken from eye-level and up to a height of no more than 15 meters or from an aircraft.

The basic service varies per job, but generally includes: Post-delivery technical support, camera and equipment insurance, general digital manipulation and presentation, initial setup of station onsite, material expenses, etc.

We prefer to work as a team with your web master, technical team or printer to ensure that our images perform as expected and contribute to a high quality end product. We will seek to assist them as far as possible and they can contact us with technical queries at any time.
